Fe2O3-based SCR catalysts have promising potential for NOx abatement. This study elucidated the NH3-SCR reaction mechanism on the α-Fe2O3 (012) surface by a combined experimental and DFT study. The findings provide a fundamental basis for the development of Fe2O3-based SCR catalysts. View the article.
